Terre del Vulcano
On Campo Vulcano, Flavio Prà produces his Soave Classico DOC.
We are on the hill of Monteforte d’Alpone, one of the crus of the biggest italian DOC, south, south – west exposed.
This area is characterized by important termical excursion and by soils based on volcanic stones typical of the oriental area of Soave Classico DOC.
Soils that produce grapes with high percentage of sugar and acidity above the mean of Soave.
One of the dominant sensation of the wines are represented by the high minerality that comes from the black basaltic stone; an unmistekable charater typical of the terroir.
The soils of the vineyard where we produce Soave Classico DOC Campo Vulcano offer a good opportunity to obtain balanced and harmonic wines.
