Pinot Grigio delle Venezie
A precious vine, stingy in its production but prodigal for the intense organoleptic characteristics given to the wine it produces.
It has a firm straw-yellow colour with golden highlights.
To the nose it expresses a characteristic fruity scent reminiscent of acacia flowers and walnut.
On the palate it is full and with a persistent, harmonious aftertaste.
It goes very well with starters, risottos and first courses based on wild herbs. Particularly suitable with fish and white meat dishes.
