For the production of Valpolicella Superiore BIO, all vineyard cultivation practices are carried out organically, i.e. without the use of chemicals in full respect of the territory.
On organoleptic examination, this wine is ruby red in colour with violet hues.
The bouquet is ample and spicy with a surprising combination of red fruits.
The flavour is dry, warm, medium-bodied and balanced in its tannins.
A traditional local wine that goes well with pasta dishes, salami and medium matured cheeses.
