From organically managed vineyards on the hills of eastern Valpolicella comes this authentic wine that reflects the values of tradition and sustainabilitỳ at the heart of our production philosophy.
The colour is deep ruby red.
It expresses on the nose spicy scents and aromas of liquorice and black pepper, with hints of cherry and dried fruit.
On the palate it is balanced, very intense, persistent, full-bodied and velvety.
It goes very well with all types of red meat, both grilled and braised.
